Capernaum's vision is to invite teens and young adults with and without disabilities to discover authentic friendship, growth, and purpose. We will play games, eat food, learn more about Jesus, and each other as we grow together every other Tuesday starting 9/29/26 at Heartland, and hang outs once a month at different places for 14-22 year olds. Capernaum is a division of Young Life, which exists to introduce adolescents to Jesus Christ and help them grow in their faith.: Tuesday @ 6:00 PM
