Help deliver food and paper-product support to families who are not able to come to the drive-through pickup at Heartland. Delivery drivers will park in a separate designated area and do not need to arrive until 9:30 AM. The delivery bags will already be packed and loaded into a truck, then brought to the driver parking area. Each driver will receive their assigned address, a delivery badge, and a card with simple instructions before leaving to make their delivery. Drivers may serve as a single person, a couple, a family, or a few friends riding together in one vehicle. This is a meaningful way to bring Serve Day directly to families who may need extra help receiving support. This project is a good fit for volunteers who are comfortable driving, following simple delivery instructions, and representing Heartland with kindness, respect, and care. Volunteers May Help With • Checking in at the driver parking area • Receiving assigned delivery information • Receiving a delivery badge and instruction card • Loading assigned food and paper-product items • Delivering directly to assigned households • Representing Heartland with kindness and respect • Returning any needed follow-up information to the project team
